One of the great things about photographing weddings is getting to see two people on one of the happiest days of their lives. Megan + Mike | ENGAGED

Usually photo shoots are done in the late afternoon, just before sunset. That gets turned upside-down when you want photos on the National Mall on a weekend without a million tourists in your photos.

I think I'm almost caught up on sleep after waking up WAY before the sun to photograph Megan and Mike's engagement session. It was super-fun exploring the Mall and Georgetown with them, and I'm super-excited to photograph their wedding in May 2014!
