As much as I love photographing weddings around Washington, DC, a little change of scenery is good for the soul. I think that's a quote by Abraham Lincoln, or maybe Einstein.
Anyhow, I had the great opportunity to travel up to Newark, NJ, to photograph Tara and Yareb's wedding. The ceremony was at the beautiful St Cecilia's Church, followed by the reception at the historic Newark Symphony Hall. The Newark Symphony Hall presented some amazing opportunities for photographing the grandeur of the venue as the setting for Tara and Yareb's beautiful reception. From the entrance to the first dance to the details and food, everything was on-point.
